Shipping
- Free US shipping on orders of $35 or more.
- Orders under $35 ship for a flat $10 anywhere in the United States.
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day from Addison, Texas. Some items are made to order and can take up to 5 business days to ship.
You'll get an order confirmation email when you check out, and a second email with your tracking number once your order ships. If you don't see the confirmation, check your spam or trash folder. Still nothing after 24 hours? Contact us and we'll resend it.
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating. With our fast processing, a lot of customers get their package before tracking catches up.
Returns
Not happy with your order? Contact us right away and let us know what's wrong.
- Shipping damage is covered and will be replaced right away.
- If an item arrives cracked, shattered or defective, let us know right away and do not use it: damaged glass can be dangerous.
- Unused items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
- We can't accept returns on items that have been used.
- If you order the wrong size, you pay the return and exchange shipping. Not sure what fits? Ask us before you order. We're happy to help.
All items are covered by a 30-day warranty against normal use.
