12" Encore Collection Glass Full Size Matrix Salt Shaker Bong

Shipped wrong item. Waited 3 days for a response. Offered price difference for an item I did not even want or credit (difference) towards to my account for future purchases. Asked for a refund. Waited two more days, no response. Called several times and went to voicemail. Wrote several messages through website, no response. Replied/Emailed and still no response. Two days later, RMA created.

In their email, policy states, "As per our policy once the package arrives we will process your return within 2 business days." Third business day, still no response till this day.

Returned item was confirmed through USPS a month ago (October 24). Still no response nor refund as of today (November 21). This company is a scam.

I recently did order a product from you guys and unfortunately the only color available was something I wasn’t interested in, Gratefully I was able to get in touch with someone who emailed me back about choosing another product so I did so and sent 3 pictures of other products I’d be willing to get in place of the original one I had chosen, but I never got a response to which one you’d be sending me just that you did have one of the options I sent in green and it was being shipped as soon as possible, I appreciated the fact that someone got in touch with me to choose something different I just hoped for more communication, I haven’t received the product yet and still haven’t heard back from anyone regarding which product was actually being sent to me and if there was a price difference either more or less or close to the same since I had sent 3 other options all ranging from a lower price to a little higher price then I paid. Knowing if I needed to compensate for the product being sent or if I needed to be compensated was never something that was brought up. It’s still going to be a surprise to me which product was picked and then me looking online at your site to discover if I either owe you more for the new product or I’m owed for the product or its a similar price.
Once I asked which product was being sent to me I never heard anything back and that was about 2 days ago. I’d love to leave a different review once receiving the item and hopefully actually getting an email back from someone once everything is said and done. I do have a few other pieces I’d like to buy in the future, I’m just hoping the communication with my next order is handled a little better if there is any issues or a problem comes up. This is my 3rd bong and both others have broken on the weak stem.Beside that it is a great product.I FELT THAT AFTER THE SECOND THEY WOULD HELP ME OUT.But just got the runaround.

The stem broke just very easy cleaning it is so heavy at the bottom but the stem is so weak

This is my second Encore piece, and it lives up to the name. The glass is thick and it smokes like a dream. As for Shatterkitchen, they shipped the order in a timely manner and it arrived in one piece. Would order again!
